The Bosc data centre's disclosed discharge (2DP00130) is an INDIRECT discharge to the American-Bath POTW, not to the Lima WWTP, so this chapter is not the instrument that governs it — but it is the model for how Lima's pretreatment authority defines an Industrial User, and it establishes that the City revises Chapter 1040 to track federal rule changes. Do not cite it as governing the Bosc discharge.
