A browsable, citable view of the public record behind a contested data-center project in Lima, Ohio — assembled entirely from documents the developer didn’t write.

A record is read from the image (not the unreliable OCR text layer) into a typed, schema-validated row, said plainly with the load-bearing number called out, and linked back to its source so you never take our word for it.
