- NONE OF THE WATER FIGURES ARE IN THIS RESOLUTION. The 1.0 MGD peak-withdrawal ceiling, the 4.6M gal/yr projected withdrawal, the 3.44M gal/yr consumption, the 390,493 gpd reserved sewer capacity and the ten-year bar on creating a data-center water rate class are all terms of the EXECUTED agreement read in #1380. This act states none of them and must not be cited for them.
- It is also not a withdrawal permit or an NPDES instrument. It authorizes a municipal service contract; the campus holds no discharge permit of its own.
