Permit modification basis: City of Wilmington applied for PTI #1543170 to expand WWTP capacity from 3.0 to 4.5 MGD average daily design flow. New outfall 001 limits effective March 1, 2026. Station 1PD00013602 is the secondary treatment bypass (to be eliminated with expansion). Station 1PD00013586 is a new station proposed for sludge disposal monitoring. Discharge occurs at Lytle Creek at River Mile 6.83.
